Camera and scanned content
The app may request camera access to scan QR codes and barcodes. Scanned content is processed on your device as described in the existing app design. Do not scan sensitive codes unless you trust their source. If a feature opens a web link or shares scanned content, that action may send data to the destination you choose. This policy must be updated if the app uploads scan history or scanned content to a server.
Information that may be processed
Depending on enabled features and SDKs, information may include:
- Device and app information such as model, operating system, app version, language, diagnostics, and crash reports.
- Scan history or generated codes if you choose to save them on your device.
- Advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad interactions if advertising SDKs are enabled.
- Information you include in a QR code you create. Avoid embedding confidential or sensitive information in codes you intend to share.
How information is used
Information and permissions are used to scan and generate codes, save history when requested, troubleshoot errors, improve performance, and provide advertising or analytics if those services are included.
Sharing, storage, and security
Scan data may be stored locally if you choose to save history. We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by service providers for app operation, advertising, analytics, or legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. The app’s audience designation and SDK settings should reflect its actual intended audience.
Your rights and choices
You can manage camera permission in your device settings and remove locally saved scan history using the app’s available controls. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised date.

Advertising and mediation partners
Our apps may display ads through advertising and mediation services, including Google AdMob, LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Chartboost, ironSource, and Liftoff Monetize, depending on the app and the ad configuration enabled in the published version.
When these services are active, the app and its advertising partners may process information such as the device's advertising ID or other advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and app information, diagnostics, ad impressions, clicks, and interactions. These data may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect invalid activity, prevent fraud, and support advertising reporting and performance.
The data collected and the partners involved can differ by app, region, consent choices, and mediation setup. Only the partners actually enabled for the specific app may receive data. Where required by law, we will request consent before using advertising technologies that require it. You can manage available ad personalization and device advertising settings through your device and the relevant platform controls.
Each partner may process information under its own privacy policy:
